Founder and Consultant
I'm a certified Learner Centered Trainer and experienced Agile coach with over a decade in the field, driven by a passion for helping individuals and teams reach new heights. My career has been shaped by meaningful experiences, where I implemented process improvements, drove OKR adoption, and facilitated impactful change.
With a Lean Six Sigma Black Belt, I specialize in combining data-driven strategies with people-centered leadership. My approach is grounded in real-world applications, collaboration, and continuous improvement—always adapting to the unique needs of each learner.
I have a deep passion for Design Thinking and have had the privilege of both leading and contributing to this field. I created and coordinated various Design Thinking chapters in large companies, fostering a community dedicated to human-centered innovation and driving impactful problem-solving initiatives. These experiences have honed my skills in facilitating ideation, prototyping, and co-creation, ensuring that client needs and creative solutions are always at the forefront.
